Sariska Tiger Reserve is situated in the Alwar district of Rajasthan India, It is situated among the golden triangle of Jaipur, Delhi and Agra, Sariska Tiger Reserve is spread in an area of 1213 Sq kms which comprise of core area and buffer area, there are two gates to enter into the park for Safari in core area known as Sariska gate number 1 Sadar gate and Gate number 2 Tehla Gate, Sariska gate number 1 is located on Alwar to Jaipur state highway and it is 110 km from Jaipur and 200 km from New Delhi and 35 km from Alwar city, There is distance of 68 km between the two gates of core area Sariska gate number 1 Sadar gate and Sariska Gate number 2 Tehla Gate.

In the buffer zone of Sariska Tiger Reserve there is one Gate known as Sariska Bala Quila Safari gate and there are two Safari operational there one is short Safari of up to 2 hours known as Bala Quila leopard Safari and another one is the 3:30 hours, Also known as Bara Liwari Buffer Zone Safari (New Tiger Sighting Zone), Bara Liwari Zone is recently in local news as there are almost regular tiger sighting of newly established tiger family in the area of Tiger ST 18 and ST 19 and their beautiful sub adult cubs which are giving very good sighting.
