Sariska Wild Ventures offers private safari booking assistance and travel support for visitors planning a wildlife experience at Sariska Tiger Reserve.
Please note that Sariska Tiger Reserve is administered and managed by the Rajasthan Forest Department. Safari operations, including gypsy and canter allocation, are fully controlled by forest officials through a computerized system.
We are not affiliated with the Rajasthan Forest Department or any government authority. Our role is to provide convenient online assistance, travel planning, and coordination services for visitors who wish to explore the reserve.
Our role of safari booking is in the capacity of registered Eco Tour Agency & Tour Operator
Highlights
Safari bookings are made through the official forest department system on behalf of our guests.
Vehicle type (Gypsy or Canter), driver, and guide are assigned automatically by the department’s computerized roster system — we cannot influence or modify these allocations.
Booking is to be done at least one day in advance and if you are planning to book on the current day then additional Tatkal charges are required to pay depending on availability of vehicle. Additional charges are not included in price listed on our site. Safari once booked if cancelled is non-refundable and non-transferable.

All safari vehicle allocations, guides, and zone assignments are managed by the Rajasthan Forest Department through a computerized system. Sariska Wild Ventures acts as an independent booking assistance service and does not influence or modify official allocations

Inclusions
- Full payment in advance is requested
- Safari bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed by the forest department.
- All safaris are subject to availability, government rules, and zone allotment by the park authorities.
- Tatkal charges may apply for last-minute or urgent bookings.
- All payments are accepted only in the name of Sariska Wild Ventures through our official payment links or bank details mentioned on this website.
- ID proof like Aadhar card, Pan card etc for Indian nationals and passport is required for non-Indian nationals.
- There is no concession in safari charges for Embassy diplomats, counsellors per the rational of officials price is defined Indian and non-Indian.
- No exchange or transfer of confirmed ride.
- Confirm your accommodation earlier as Sariska Sadar gate and Tehla gate are 65 KMs away from each other.
- Provide full information when travelling with infants and children as children requiring seat to sit are considered separate passenger and full price is chargeable.
- However your safari is confirmed by us but reach on scheduled time for safari at the designated gate
- Park could be closed without any prior notice for visitor.
- If safari price is revised by government then difference is to be paid by visitors.
- Ideally we prefer to book full gypsy however if you are booking on per person basis then if all six seats are not booked then in such a situation of incomplete occupancy visitors will be liable to pay the difference at the time of start of safari.
- Weekend safari is always advisable to plan with us well in advance.
- Safari duration is three hours.
- Our offer of Sariska Online Safari Booking covers government fees, permit, nature guide, vehicle and driver, apart from that our service charges, ground handling charges are included but doesnโt cover any same day booking extra charge or Extended Experiential safari with our field expert naturalis
- Extended Experiential Safari is only booked as a package of three back to back safaris in multiple days.
- We are most trusted and believe in service with ethics and transparency and we understood emergency situations but once safari is booked amount is gone from our pocket too.
- Travel through the Sherpa villages of Namche, Khumjung, Khunde, and Dingboche
- Particularly for Safari we are charging service charges minimum of rupees 1000 and up to 20,000 rupees per gypsy Safari booking.
- Please feel free to research Safari price and once book with us no questions on charges will be entertained.
