Located 24 kilometres south of Alwar, this shrine is situated amidst rocky hills. The old Shiva temple has two natural ponds which receive water from the surrounding hills. Picturesque and peaceful, this place is especially worth visiting during monsoon.
Place is surrounded by high mountains, green forest, lake in the vicinity of temple. Reaching the area is big herculean task thorugh bad tracks. Place is also used by Army for climbing the rocks and tactical exercises.
Small waterfall and rivulets were seen emerging from high rocks. The path is very rocky and so be careful while walking. Also take blessings of Lord Shiva in the 18th century temple. It is approximately 18 Km from Sariska.
