When you submit a booking enquiry or contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address, travel date, number of persons and any message you choose to give us. We collect this only because we need it to answer your enquiry and arrange a safari permit.

How we use it

Your details are used to contact you about your enquiry, to apply for Forest Department permits where you ask us to, and to keep a record of the booking. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Permit details

Safari permits require identity details (name, age, nationality and a government photo ID number) as mandated by the Rajasthan Forest Department. Where you provide these, they are used only to apply for your permit and are shared only with the Forest Department for that purpose.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working. Analytics or advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can decline without losing access to the site.

Data retention
