Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by you

Please tell us as early as you can if your plans change. Where a Forest Department permit has already been issued in your name, the permit fee is non-refundable - this is the Department's rule and is outside our control.

Service charge

Where a booking is cancelled before the permit is issued, our service charge is refunded in full. Where the permit has already been issued, we refund our service charge less any costs already incurred, provided you tell us at least 24 hours before the safari.

Cancellation by us or by the Forest Department

If a safari is cancelled by the Forest Department, or by us for reasons of safety or vehicle failure, we will offer you an alternative slot or a full refund of everything you have paid us, at your choice.

No-shows

No refund is due if you do not arrive at the gate at the stated reporting time, or if entry is refused because the original photo ID is not carried.

How refunds are made

Refunds are made by the same method you paid, normally within 7 to 10 working days of the refund being agreed.
